ماده ۵۷ قانونی استقلال کانون وکلا دادگستری مصوب ۱۳۳۴/۰۹/۰۱

از بین دادرسان اصلی کسی‌که سابقه وکالت او زیادتر است سمت ریاست دادگاه را دارد و اگر سابقه وکالت معلوم نباشد مسن‌ترین دادرس اصلی سمت ریاست خواهد داشت و در صورت تساوی سن یا سابقه دادرسان به رای مخفی یا قرعه از بین خود رئیس دادگاه را تعیین می‌نماید.
